Political Tech Summit 2026
The second Political Tech Summit marked a big step forward, confirming the event as a truly global meeting point for people working at the intersection of democracy, technology, and politics. More than 900 participants from over 50 countries across all continents came together with 75+ partner organisations, representing the full political ecosystem—from campaigners and innovators to journalists, academics, and security experts.
Across five stages, 200+ speakers led over 100 sessions structured around four key tracks: Youth, Power, Participation, and Protection. The programme combined big-picture conversations with hands-on formats, offering practical insights into how technology is reshaping political work and democratic systems.
Day one explored the impact of digital tools on European democracy, from tackling disinformation and cyber threats to using AI to engage voters. Discussions also focused on generational change in politics and the evolving future of campaigning, civic tech, and election integrity.
On day two, the focus shifted from strategy to practice, with interactive formats and live demos that brought ideas to life. Once again, the Summit stood out for its open, collaborative atmosphere—bringing people together across borders and disciplines to learn from each other and shape the future of democratic politics in a rapidly changing world.
