Ainara Bascuñana (Director of Communication and Events, Foundation for European Progressive Studies)
Ainara is a communication specialist and multimedia journalist with twenty years of professional experience. Based in Brussels since 2012, she has served as Communications Director at the Women Political Leaders Global Forum, Communications Coordinator at the European Parliament (Audiovisual Unit), and Communications Advisor to MEP Maria João Rodrigues. She also has extensive experience as a freelance journalist, conference moderator, and consultant specializing in EU affairs, welfare, and gender issues. Ainara started her career as a TV and radio reporter in Spain and holds a Master’s in Journalism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Dimitri Argento (Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies)
Multimedia producer and communications strategist with over a decade of experience across AFP in Brussels and Uruguay, POLITICO, and the Martens Centre. I produced award-winning multimedia content and developed strategic content for European institutions and policy audiences. My expertise spans social media strategy, video production, editorial direction, and digital storytelling, with a strong focus on making complex political and institutional topics accessible, engaging, and relevant to diverse audiences.
Tamás Toplak (European Liberal Forum)
Tamas Toplak is a political communication expert with a broad experience in public relations, digital communication, and campaign management. He has worked as a communication consultant in the finance and real estate industry and as the communication director of the Hungarian liberal party, Momentum Movement.
